هذه السياسة صيغت بما يتوافق مع متطلبات نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) ومع متطلبات Google API.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: اسم المنشأة، اسم المسؤول، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال، المدينة.
- بيانات التشغيل: سجلات فنية وأوقات الطلبات لتأمين الخدمة وتحسين الأداء.
- بيانات Google Business Profile بعد التفويض: الفروع، التقييمات، والردود.
- بيانات الاشتراك: الباقة، حالة الاشتراك، وسجل الفوترة.
3. استخدام بيانات Google API
نستخدم بيانات Google فقط لتقديم وظائف الخدمة المتفق عليها: سحب التقييمات، إنشاء مسودات ردود، ونشر الردود أو إرسالها للمراجعة وفق إعداداتك.

- لا نبيع بيانات Google لأي طرف.
- لا نستخدم بيانات Google للإعلانات.
- لا نستخدم بيانات Google لتدريب نماذج عامة خارج تشغيل الخدمة.
4. مشاركة البيانات
نشارك الحد الأدنى من البيانات مع مزودي خدمات ضروريين للتشغيل:

5. الأمان والحفظ
- تشفير النقل عبر HTTPS.
- تشفير بيانات OAuth الحساسة في التخزين.
- صلاحيات داخلية مقيدة بمبدأ الحد الأدنى.
- الاحتفاظ بالبيانات فقط لمدة لازمة للتشغيل والامتثال، ثم حذفها أو إخفاء هويتها.
6. حقوقك والحذف وسحب التفويض
يمكنك طلب الوصول لبياناتك، تصحيحها، تصديرها، أو حذفها عبر البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي: msd@msd.net.sa.
سحب وصول Google
- ادخل إلى myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- احذف صلاحية Seet من التطبيقات المرتبطة.
- راسلنا لطلب حذف البيانات المخزنة لدينا إن رغبت.

7. الكوكيز
نستخدم ملفات ارتباط ضرورية فقط للمصادقة وتشغيل الجلسة. لا نستخدم كوكيز إعلانية من طرفنا.

- Account data: business name, admin/owner name, email, phone, and city.
- Operational data: technical logs and request timestamps for security and reliability.
- Google Business Profile data after authorization: locations, reviews, and replies.
- Subscription data: plan, status, and billing records.
3. Google API Data Use
We use Google data only to provide agreed Seet features: fetching reviews, generating reply drafts, and posting replies or sending them for your approval.

4. Data Sharing
We share the minimum required data with essential processors:

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at msd@msd.net.sa.
How to Revoke Google Access
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Remove Seet from connected applications.
- Email us if you also want your stored data deleted.

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use first-party advertising cookies.
