1. القبول
باستخدامك منصة صِيت، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا كنت تمثل منشأة، فأنت تقر بأن لديك الصلاحية القانونية لإلزامها بهذه الشروط.
2. وصف الخدمة
- ربط Google Business Profile عبر OAuth بعد موافقتك الصريحة.
- قراءة التقييمات وتوليد ردود ذكية مقترحة.
- نشر الردود تلقائياً أو بعد المراجعة اليدوية وفق إعداداتك.
- عرض تقارير تشغيلية مرتبطة بإدارة السمعة.
3. بنود Google API وOAuth
أنت تقر بأن البيانات التي تصل إليها صِيت من Google تُستخدم حصراً لتقديم وظائف الخدمة المرتبطة بحسابك المفوض.
- يجب أن تكون مالكاً أو مديراً مفوضاً للحسابات المرتبطة.
- يمكنك سحب التفويض في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب Google.
- قد تتوقف المزايا المرتبطة بـ Google بعد سحب التفويض حتى إعادة الربط.

Seet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. التزامات العميل
- تزويد بيانات دقيقة ومحدثة.
- حماية بيانات الدخول وعدم مشاركتها.
- الالتزام بسياسات Google والأنظمة المعمول بها.
- تحمل مسؤولية المحتوى المنشور باسم نشاطك.
5. الاستخدام المحظور
- استخدام الخدمة في محتوى مضلل أو مخالف للأنظمة.
- استخدام حسابات Google دون تفويض مشروع.
- محاولة اختراق المنصة أو تجاوز ضوابطها.
6. الدفع والفوترة
تتم إدارة الفوترة وفق الخطة المتفق عليها. التأخر في السداد قد يؤدي إلى تقييد أو تعليق الخدمة حتى تسوية المستحقات.
7. حدود المسؤولية
صِيت أداة مساعدة لإدارة السمعة، ولا تضمن نتيجة تجارية محددة. لا نتحمل مسؤولية انقطاعات ناتجة عن مزودين خارجيين مثل Google أو مزودي الاتصالات.
8. الإنهاء
يمكن لأي طرف إنهاء الخدمة وفق أحكام التعاقد. بعد الإنهاء، تتم معالجة البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية المعتمدة.
9. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتنعقد الولاية القضائية للمحاكم السعودية ما لم يتم الاتفاق على آلية بديلة.

By using Seet, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you represent a business, you confirm that you have legal authority to bind that business.
2. Service Description
- Connecting your Google Business Profile through OAuth with explicit authorization.
- Reading reviews and generating AI-assisted reply drafts.
- Publishing replies automatically or after manual approval, based on your settings.
- Providing operational reporting for reputation management.
3. Google API and OAuth Terms
You acknowledge that Google data accessed by Seet is used only to deliver service functions tied to your authorized account.
- You must be an owner or an authorized manager of connected profiles.
- You may revoke access any time at Google account permissions.
- Google-dependent features may stop after revocation until re-authorization.

4. Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Protect account credentials and avoid unauthorized sharing.
- Comply with Google policies and applicable laws.
- Remain responsible for final published content under your profile.
5. Prohibited Use
- Using the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.
- Using Google accounts without lawful authorization.
- Attempting to bypass or attack platform security controls.
6. Billing and Payment
Billing follows your active commercial plan. Delayed payments may result in service limitation or suspension until settlement.
7. Liability
Seet is an assistive platform and does not guarantee specific business outcomes. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers such as Google or telecom providers.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service under applicable contractual terms. After termination, data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction unless an alternative mechanism is agreed.
