Seet (Ψ΅ΩΩΨͺ β Arabic for "reputation") is a SaaS platform that connects to the Google Business Profile (GBP) API to automate the process of reading, analyzing, and replying to Google Maps reviews on behalf of business owners and marketing agencies in Saudi Arabia.
Businesses connect their Google Business Profile account via Google OAuth 2.0. Once connected, Seet monitors for new reviews, generates AI-powered reply drafts using GPT-4o, sends the draft to the business owner via WhatsApp for approval, and then posts the approved reply back to Google through the official GBP API.
Seet is designed for a broad range of business types: retail stores, medical centers, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping malls, hotels, and marketing agencies managing multiple GBP accounts.

We do not modify business information, do not access location performance metrics beyond what is needed, and do not store review data beyond the current processing cycle.
We maintain a human-in-the-loop ("Shadow Mode") as the default behavior β no reply is posted to Google without the explicit approval of the business owner or authorized marketing manager. This ensures content quality and Google policy compliance.
All API calls are made with access tokens scoped minimally to
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage,
and every token is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Any business with a Google Business Profile listing can use Seet to automate and improve their review response rate.
