You authorize access by clicking "Connect Account" — you are redirected to Google's own consent screen, and we receive an access token scoped to https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account security settings.

No — when Shadow Mode is enabled (the default), nothing is posted until you explicitly approve via WhatsApp. You receive the AI-drafted reply along with the original review, and can approve, edit, or reject it.

Seet reads review content (text, rating, reviewer name) and location metadata (business name, category). We use this data solely to generate appropriate reply drafts. Yes. Seet's multi-location dashboard is specifically designed for marketing managers and agencies who oversee multiple Google Business Profile accounts. Each location can have its own response tone, rules, and approval contact. Billing is per-location.

All OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256 and stored in an isolated database table with no direct public access. We comply with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Our infrastructure is hardened with strict firewall rules and monitored continuously.
